At Royal Care cosmetics customer satisfaction is our #1 goal. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the instructions below.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you can return an item within 10 days of receipt for a full refund of the merchandise purchase price. Refund will be for the purchase price, in the original form of payment. Original delivery and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Any product, which appears to have an initial defect within 10 days of delivery, may be returned for a replacement (for the identical model) without being subject to any restocking fees.
At Royal Care cosmetics, protecting your personal information is a priority. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt your credit card number, name and address, so only Royal Care cosmetics is able to decode your information. Once you are in the checkout area, to be sure your connection is secure, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window. If you see an unbroken key or closed lock (depending on your browser), the SSL is active and your information is safe.

PLEASE NOTE: Royal Care cosmetics will ship internationally only if customer pays Paypal and pays for shipping. Free shipping does not apply to International orders. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Pricing, Payment & Sales Tax
All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD , AMERICAN EXPRESS and Discover credit cards for online purchases. If you order through our secure online shopping cart, all orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. California sales tax is applicable on all orders.

PRIORITY SHIPPING INFORMATION
For Next Day and Second Day shipping options, shipping rates will be calculated based on package weight and your shipping zip code. Rates will be shown during the checkout process prior to payment.
Only orders shipped within the Continental U.S. can be expedited and will only be delivered on week days.
Please allow one business day for processing. All priority orders received after 1pm will be processed the next business day.
All orders will receive a shipment confirmation email. If your order is being shipped within the continental US, a tracking number will be provided. Orders to Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS without tracking numbers.
